A challenging rest room construction and renovation work for a Japanese client 'Mitsui & Co' in legendry Spic building, Guindy.
MITSUI is our first Japanese client, who has been operating from entire 8th floor of Spic polyhose building in Guindy.
The main R&R of the project is to demolish completely the present rest room area ( gents rest room, ladies rest room,
executive rest room and guest rest room ) and reconstruct the same with the complete new layout and new arrangement.
We have implemented the same with complete new rest room setup with the standard of Japanese client.
